Shipping

SmileBros ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping for impression-based custom products

Many SmileBros products require an at-home impression kit. Shipping typically involves three steps:

  1. We ship the impression kit to you
  2. You ship your completed impressions back to us using the provided return materials, if included with your order
  3. We ship your finished custom product to you after production

Production and turnaround time

Custom products are made after we receive acceptable impressions. Production time and estimated delivery timing vary by product and are displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, tracking information is provided by email or within your account, when available.

Shipping address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address.

Delivery issues and lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us as soon as possible at [support@smilebros.com] so we can help you investigate with the carrier. Claims must be submitted within [X] days of the delivery scan.

Returns and Refunds

Because many SmileBros products are custom-made to your impressions, returns and refunds are limited.

Custom-made products

Custom-made products are produced specifically for you. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of worn custom dental appliances.

If there is a problem with your order, we will review it and work with you on a resolution based on the circumstances. In many cases, the appropriate resolution is remake support rather than a traditional return.

Impression kits

Impression kits are considered consumable and are generally non-refundable once opened or used. If you have an unopened kit and need to request a return, contact us within [X] days of delivery for eligibility and instructions.

Return shipping for kits, when permitted, is [customer paid / provided].

Non-refundable costs

If a refund is approved (when applicable), the following costs may be non-refundable:

  • Impression kit cost (if shipped or opened)
  • Shipping charges and any expedited shipping fees
  • Payment processing fees (where applicable)
  • Custom add-ons or upgrades (where applicable)

Remake and Fit Support

SmileBros products are custom made based on the impressions you provide. Fit and comfort can require a short adjustment period.

If your product appears to have a manufacturing issue or does not meet the specifications of your order, contact us within [X] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and fit, when requested

We may ask for additional photos or information to evaluate next steps.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
