SmileBros stands behind the quality of the products we make. Every SmileBros product is custom made using the impressions you provide and crafted for its intended purpose.

Because these products are custom fit, our warranty focuses on workmanship and material quality rather than changes that occur from normal use or personal adaptation.

What Is Covered

The SmileBros warranty covers defects related to materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications of your approved order, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Covered issues may include:

• Manufacturing defects
• Errors in fabrication based on the impressions provided
• Structural issues present at the time of delivery

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues related to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Changes in fit due to natural changes in teeth, gums, or bite
• Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage
• Accidental damage, loss, or misuse
• Products damaged by heat, pets, or external forces
• Products modified or adjusted outside of SmileBros guidance
• Discomfort related to the normal adjustment period

Custom Fit Considerations

All SmileBros products are made using your impressions. The accuracy of the final fit depends on the quality of the impressions submitted. Products made from impressions that are incomplete, distorted, or improperly taken are not covered under warranty.

If impressions are rejected before production, we will notify you and provide guidance on next steps.

Warranty Period

Warranty coverage applies to eligible issues reported within the stated warranty period for the specific product purchased. Warranty periods vary by product type and are listed on individual product pages.

How to Request Warranty Review

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty review, contact SmileBros support with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, SmileBros may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Remake the product
• Provide an alternative resolution deemed appropriate

Warranty resolutions do not include refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page.
